Overview:

Did Project Paperclip lay the groundwork after WWII for breeding and cloning programs? And is genetic material from cattle used to confuse any traces of captured assets’ P3 origins? Former US Marine Mike Herrera and host Emery Smith compare accounts from the field regarding their respective knowledge to expose Black Team breeding programs and cloning. Herrera elaborates on selecting people from developing nations and women with psionic predisposition who are bred to create a “perfect human.” Failed specimens are retained as personnel at Black Team installations while the successes are chipped and released but can be identified by their psionic gifts and extreme intellectual capacity.
