Phil helps young-at-heart pensioners John and Peggy who are relocating to Norfolk from Derby to fulfil their dream of living by the sea. Kirstie searches with Yvonne and Lisa, a couple who have been trying to find a place in rural Norfolk for over a year and have reached the end of their tether.
