Overview:

Paz makes it clear to Elvira that because she is an employee, she is not going to allow her disrespect. In revenge, she throws away the food and asks her to leave the kitchen clean. Elvira loses control while having a few glasses of wine and assures Guinevere that she could be her daughter.
