After his wife sadly passed away a few years ago, John from County Durham now feels ready to try and make a new life for himself by retiring to Spain. He grew up on a farm and misses the countryside, so he thinks there’s no better place to be than in rural inland Malaga. With friend Ruth coming along for support, John is calling upon Danni Menzies to help him find the perfect property for his £140,000 budget, and Danni has hunted out 5 great options for him to see, but will any be John’s new dream home.
