Abby and Traci share the good news with Jack and Kyle that Billy has agreed to go to grief counseling. Abby is touched when the family wishes her a happy birthday. Meanwhile, Noah teases Tyler about being in love with Abby. Later, Victor makes a surprising offer to Abby. Michael tells the Warden that he is willing to get information out of other prisoners for unsolved crimes in exchange for a reduced sentence for Fen. Christine comes into the meeting and tells the Warden that the prisoner they think can help with unsolved crimes is Womack. Summer questions Courtney about being involved with drugs and tells her what Fen said. Noah arrives as things get tense between Summer and Courtney. Tyler sets up a romantic picnic in the park for Abby. When he looks down at his phone, he notices six missed calls from Mariah.
